Improve and maintain Company retail website (classic asp, sql server). Lead company involvement and system development for OIA (Outdoor Industry Association) standardized B2B web services implementation. This includes web service client and server, integration with backend proprietary AIX database, and sql server database for the web site and internal reporting. Responsible for all automated feeds with external sources (vendors and affiliates). Lead the re-design and setup of registration websites and registration management tools for company sponsored climbing events. There were 4-6 events per year. Provided EPM system implementation and administration for a system with more than 200 users and more than 100 projects. This system was used to plan for the effective use of corporate resources in 5 offices throughout the United States on a variety of complex software development projects.
Developed a database driven fully automated workstation installation system. This was used in one case to install over 4000 workstations with various hardware and software configurations and cut deployment time in half.
Provided technical leadership and customer interface in the conversion of a large banking application major version change of. Complete with UI changes and database.
Worked with multiple vendors with their products and interfacing to Getronics Software. From forms printing solutions to workflow and defect tracking systems.
Provided Technical leadership on a team to convert over 2000 workstation in 150 locations from Windows NT to Windows 2000.
Developed scripts for internal testing of a complex real estate loan processing software system. This cut testing time dramatically.
Created an automatic replication system for remote MS project users connecting in via Terminal Server. This allowed remote project managers to work offline using MS Project in a way that Microsoft said was not possible.

CAD Systems Analyst
Provided consulting services to multiple clients in determining their future use of CAD and document control systems.
Designed, developed and supported a database driven hazardous material tracking system for a university with many 100+ yr old buildings. The database included a variety of information and digital images. This system provided all required reports to meet government requirements, as well as custom ad hoc reports created using both crystal reports and MS Word.
Created a dog pedigree tracking and printing application. The system used Excel as the mechanism to print data from an Access database. This provided a useful tool for non computer people to create both accurate and display quality output.
Design and created an innovative system to build static HTML web pages based on an HTML template and data from a SQL server database. This allowed database driven web sites to be created where server side scripting was not available.
Built an ASP driven internet football pool using a SQL Server backend. Operated for 6 years generated many valuable page views. It was the best football pool on the internet.
